"Once in a Blue Moon" Woven Bracelet

Although the Moon isn't on Earth it has impacts on our life here on Gaia.  It lights up our night sky, it effects sea tides, and impacts circalunar rhythms of certain organisms.

There is the the well known phrase "once in a blue moon" meaning something that happens extremely rarely.  Certain natural events throughout history, such as an eruption of Krakatoa in 1883, have actually resulted in the moon appearing to be blue in hue. This rare phenomenon was the initial inspiration for the design of this loom woven bracelet.  

It is also said that if you pick flowers and berries during a blue moon (the second full moon to occur in a month) it will bring more abundance, beauty, and love into your life.  May this bracelet attract these to you too.

High quality Japanese glass beads were used in this piece.  I used nylon thread for the entirety of this bracelet which gives it a lovely soft, supple drape.  It is a true favourite of mine in my Gaia Collection.

Measurements:
All of my bracelets have extender chains, allowing for more sizing options.  This piece is currently only available in platinum plated, however, I am hoping to begin offering gold plated options soon.
