“Embracing Serenity” Mindfulness Loom Woven Bracelet

This loom woven bracelet is the namesake of my Serenity Collection.  I created it with one of the key mindfulness elements in mind: remember to take long, slow, deep breathes (especially during stressful moments).  Using the Insight Timer app and reading Stuart Sandeman’s Breathe In, Breathe Out has made me aware of how important and helpful focusing on your breathing can really be.

Using beautiful Japanese glass beads I created this woven bracelet to be a friendly and stylish reminder to take time out of your day to just BREATHE.

Measurements (all of my bracelets have extender chains thus allowing for multiple sizing options):
